Minnesota's liberal legislators function under the mistaken notion that government can spend itself into prosperity!
And Senator Rick Olseen and Representative Jeremy Kalin - peas-in-the-pod liberals - do the bidding of their liberal caucus commanders at the Capitol with total disregard for what is best for the constituents of this District and for the citizens of the State of Minnesota. In fact one would almost want to cry for Rick and Jeremy for they are not only abysmally ignorant of the elemental facts of economics, they are totally hog-tied to the commands and mandates of their DFL caucus.
In no other area of human endeavor would one entrust one's future or welfare into the hands of such gross incompetence and such slavish partisan obedience yet sadly when the Olseen/Kalin duo was elected - as the saying goes - "the people got what they voted for; but surely they didn't vote for what they got!"
